Physical health is the foundation of your life. If you don’t have your physical health in order, you only have the desire to be healthy again. Everything else is all of the sudden unimportant.

As Confucius famously said: “A sick man only wants one thing; a healthy man wants a thousand things.”

For me, the thousand things stand metaphorically for my fulfillment in all areas of life. So I know that I have to put first things first - my health.

While we are all working to balance the areas of life, more or less, at the same time, we have the power of choice of how we prioritize our time, energy and attention. For me, the answer is clear: Developing a body first. It creates the opportunity to create the life that I dream of and make the journey to that dream so much more fulfilling.

If you feel like you are healthy, fit & vibrant in your body, I am happy for you. But most people wish to have a stronger foundation for their health & fitness - whether it is working out, healthy habits, belief in themselves or consistent good sleep. I include myself in these people. So I have made it my mission to understand this puzzling field of a powerful body in its fundament and distill the essential pieces that are true for everyone to create a great body while coaching through individualized challenges.

While it is true that we cannot simplify health, fitness, nutrition or sleep, energy or anything else we focus on, we can do our best to filter out the things that have the greatest effect.

This is why I have compelling this unique approach to a healthy & fit lifestyle that builds on the following premises:

For me, the answer is clear: Developing a healthy body with a powerful lifestyle first. It opens the opportunity to create the life that one dreams of and makes the journey to that dream so much more fulfilling.

One of these things is the 10X fitness method. Did you know that 30 minutes of training a week is enough for a significant whole-body health effect? This it the promise of the 10X program and one answer on the essentialist way to a powerful body and lifestyle.

I like this method because it gives us a powerful starting point. And while this is not the only focus of Essentialist Body, I specifically wanted to mention this beause it is a big focus of mine.

And most people can actually do 30 minutes a week and start building momentum in life.
